ATTENTION ALL USERS
Effective February 1, 2020, any fingerprint submission NOT using a "true" 8-digit ALC code will be stalled.
DCSA has been engaged for several months to discontinue use of pseudo IPACs (ex. DSS-IND, DOD-NAVY, DOD-AF, DOD-ARMY, etc.) and transition to "true" ALCs on fingerprint submissions. The true ALC is an 8-digit number that does not contain alpha characters. DCSA implemented a grace period to customers permitting both the "pseudo" and "true" ALC for fingerprint submissions from 10/1/19 through 1/31/20.
ACTION: After Friday, January 31, 2020, verify the eFPs being uploaded contain the ‘true’ ALC code assigned to your organization.
After Friday, January 31, 2020, to determine if eFPs you have uploaded have been stalled, please click on the eFP Search button, and fill out the search criteria to find your submission. If you see your prints are stalled, please review the code you used for the IPAC field. If you suspect your prints have been stalled in error, please contact the SWFT Coordinator’s right away at DMDC.SWFT@mail.mil.
For Industry Users, DSS-IND will now become 97008801
